These terms govern your use of A4 Homes. They describe what the platform does, what it does not do, and what we each expect of the other.
01What A4 Homes is
A4 Homes is a discovery platform. We publish property listings supplied by developers and connect interested buyers to those developers' sales teams.
We are not the seller of any property, we are not a party to any sale contract, and we are not a lender, mortgage broker, or insurer.
02Listing information
Listing details — including price, payment plan, specification, and delivery year — are supplied by the developer. We normalise this information into a consistent format and publish the developer attribution alongside it.
Prices, availability, and delivery dates change. Nothing published on this platform is an offer, a reservation, or a binding contract. Confirm every material detail with the developer before you commit money.
03The payment calculator is illustrative
The affordability calculator divides the financed amount into equal instalments to illustrate the shape of a developer payment plan. It is not a quote, a credit offer, or financial advice, and it does not model interest, insurance, or fees.
Mortgage and insurance products in Egypt are regulated by the Financial Regulatory Authority. Any such product referred through this platform is provided by a licensed partner, not by us.
04Your account
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
05Sending an inquiry
When you send an inquiry, the contact details and message you provide are passed to the relevant developer's sales team so they can respond to you. Do not include information in an inquiry that you do not want shared with them.
06Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish listings without written permission.
- Do not misrepresent who you are or submit listings or inquiries in bad faith.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or administrative areas that are not yours.
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
07Intellectual property
The platform's design, code, and original text belong to the operator. Listing content, brand names, and imagery belong to the respective developers and are published with their involvement.
08Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep listings accurate and the service available, but we provide the platform on an “as available” basis and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on published listing information without confirming it with the developer.
09Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent change.
